Obituary: Death of Sir Michael Quinlan GCB
Commissioners and Secretariat note with sadness the death on 26 February 2009 of a member of the Commission's Advisory Board, Sir Michael Quinlan GCB, Visiting Professor at King's College London, former Permanent Under-Secretary of the British Ministry of Defence and former Director of the Ditchley Foundation. We extend our deepest sympathy to his family. His wise counsel will be sorely missed.
