1. Upwork Escrow Protection (Your Guarantee)

When you initiate a custom comment or organic SMM growth project via our Upwork service links, your payment does not go directly to ICNND. Instead, your investment is held securely by Upwork Escrow.

Funds are only released to our team after the work has been completed according to the project specifications we agreed upon. This structure ensures that you hold absolute control over your budget at every step of the fulfillment process.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Because your project is governed by Upwork’s marketplace framework, you are entitled to a full or partial refund under the following conditions before a milestone is officially released:

  • Non-Delivery of Service: If the agreed SMM outreach campaign or custom comments are not initiated or completed within the specified project timeline.
  • Deviation from Specifications: If the delivered quality or natural distribution parameters do not match the custom blueprint or niche dynamics criteria established before the order.
  • Project Cancellation: If you request a project cancellation through Upwork before our team begins work on your social media URLs.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you need to cancel a project or request a modification to your current budget milestone, you can do so directly within the Upwork platform:

  1. Log into your Upwork client account and navigate to your active contract with ICNND.
  2. Select the "Request Refund" option on the active milestone or contact our contract manager directly via the Upwork message center to approve a mutual milestone return.
  3. Approved refund requests are instantly released by Upwork back to your primary payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Upwork Balance) according to Upwork's standard processing times.

4. Marketplace Dispute Resolution

In the highly unlikely event of a disagreement regarding service completion, both parties are fully protected by the Upwork Dispute Resolution Services. An independent Upwork specialist will review the contract terms, the submission logs, and the organic data results to ensure a completely fair, unbiased, and safe final decision.
